As many speculations going on it might start from April 9 and will end on June 3. As the final decision is pending IPL lovers might need to wait more for the final time table of IPL 7. As the general election will come in April so it might not easy for IPL to start on early basis. Still the curtain is over the dates of Elections and IPL will be delayed as it will come. Even there is no final decision on the IPL 7 venues as well.
"We haven't finalised the dates as yet - that will depend on the election dates to be announced by the Election Commission. But yes, April 9 to June 3 is the window we have," said IPL chairman Ranjib Biswal. The BCCI will ideally like the tournament to be held in India and is willing to adjust match dates and venues with the election schedule. "But we can go to SA if that possibility is ruled out," Ranjib Biswal said.
He added, "What we are asking is, we have a window from April 9 to June 3. We will be speaking to the government officials in the Home Ministry. We want to hold maximum number of matches in India and if we get the green signal, probably we can hold all the matches in India,"
After the auction people are waiting for the IPL7 schedule eagerly.
